Music Row is a convenient location for renters who want to be close to several of Nashville's busiest neighborhoods.
Depending on where you live, you can walk to restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and other neighborhood businesses, while Downtown, Midtown, and The Gulch are all nearby. It's a location we often discuss with clients who want to spend less time driving across the city for their everyday activities.
The newer high-rises in this area also offer a pretty different apartment experience from some of the older buildings nearby, with floor-to-ceiling windows, rooftop gathering spaces, and amenities that can become part of your daily routine.

The two new luxury high-rise properties we toured in the video offer a mix of modern apartment features, rooftop amenities, and impressive Nashville views.
The first community is a brand-new high-rise with floor-to-ceiling windows that give the apartments a bright, open feel while making the most of the surrounding city views. During our visit, we toured the rooftop pool area and fitness facilities. The building was still completing its second phase, with the full amenity package expected to open in October at the time we filmed.
A feature that stood out at the second property was its resident music recording rooms. Given the building's location in Music Row, this is a fitting amenity for residents who make music or want access to a dedicated creative space.
Both communities were also advertising promotional savings when we filmed, including free-rent specials and potential parking savings!

When we toured, they were offering specials up to three months of free rent, along with potential savings on parking!
