New Luxury Apartments in Wedgewood-Houston Nashville
Wedgewood-Houston, better known as WeHo, has become one of Nashville's fastest-growing neighborhoods, with new restaurants, shops, and apartment communities continuing to open throughout the area.
We recently toured two brand-new luxury apartment communities in WeHo, and both had plenty worth checking out. Between the impressive amenities, unique floor plans, walkable locations, and current rent specials, there are some great options for renters interested in this part of Nashville.
Why Live in Wedgewood-Houston?
Located just south of Downtown Nashville, Wedgewood-Houston has undergone a tremendous amount of development over the past several years. What was once primarily an industrial neighborhood has become a destination for restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, art galleries, and entertainment.
Some of our favorite local spots are in WeHo, including Jackalope Brewing, Flamingo Cocktail Club, Humphreys Street Coffee, Bastion, and Americano Lounge.
The neighborhood is also home to Soho House Nashville and is close to GEODIS Park, where Nashville SC plays.
One of the biggest draws is walkability. Depending on which apartment community you choose, you can have several restaurants, coffee shops, and entertainment options within a few blocks of your front door. You're also just a short drive from Downtown, The Gulch, 12 South, and other popular Nashville neighborhoods.
With so much new development happening, WeHo has also become an increasingly interesting place to look for luxury apartments.
Inside the Two New WeHo Apartment Communities We Toured
Both properties we visited are new luxury apartment communities, but each has some features that make it worth considering.
The first property has an especially impressive collection of wellness amenities. In addition to a swimming pool and fitness facilities, residents have access to a sauna, cold plunge, and even a body scan machine. These are some great additions for anyone who regularly uses the gym or enjoys having recovery amenities available at home.
The apartments themselves also offer a wide variety of layouts. With 41 different floor plans, including three-bedroom apartments and loft-style options, there are plenty of choices depending on how much space you need and the type of layout you prefer.
The second community really impressed us with its retro interior design and attention to detail. From the apartments themselves to the shared amenity spaces, there's a lot to appreciate.
Its location is another big selling point. It's a great example of the walkable lifestyle that's drawing more renters to Wedgewood-Houston.
Both communities offer modern apartment finishes, luxury amenities, and convenient access to everything happening in WeHo.
Up to Three Months Free Rent in Wedgewood-Houston
Another reason these two properties caught our attention was their rental specials.
At the time of our tour, the first apartment community was offering three months of free rent, with an option to spread those savings across the first six months by paying half rent during that period.
That's a substantial incentive, especially on a brand-new apartment. The second property was also advertising competitive move-in specials.
